By using Justlink you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Justlink provides a non-custodial interface to create and pay fixed USDC payment sessions through a smart contract on Arc. We do not hold funds; settlement happens on-chain between payer and recipients.

Irreversible payments

Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed. There are no chargebacks or platform-mediated refunds. Merchants who need refunds must handle them off-platform.

Your responsibilities

• Verify recipient addresses and amounts before creating or paying a link.
• Use the correct Arc network (testnet vs mainnet).
• Comply with laws applicable to your use of crypto payments.
• Do not abuse APIs, spoof payments, or probe webhook endpoints.

No affiliation

Justlink is an independent project. It is not operated by Circle or Arc network operators unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranties. Smart contract risk, RPC outages, wallet bugs, and user error can cause loss of funds. Use at your own risk, especially on mainnet.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, operators of Justlink are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of crypto assets arising from use of the service.
